Please park at the UB Sports Centre car park located just off the Bristol Road (see their website for more details). If you bring your ticket to the sports centre, we can ensure it is validated before you leave so that parking is free. It’s best to park on the ground floor as this will allow you easiest access to the front of the building.

Please note, Birmingham City Council currently employ a “clean air” initiative which incurs a charge. You may interject this depending on the route you take, but, it is easily avoided if you ensure that you travel outside of the ring road (the University is located to the south of Birmingham).

We will be able to change some things within clinic, however it maybe that some changes cannot be facilitated within clinic at the time of the appointment e.g. cranks, re-cabling.

Yes, Bianca is a qualified physiotherapist registered with the Health Care Professions Council.

You will receive a questionnaire after booking your appointment, we will ask you to notify us of existing or previous medical complaints within this.

Please bring your bicycle, shoes, helmet (if necessary), cycling clothing and suitable snacks/drinks. You may wish to bring additional components if you have them e.g. stems, saddles.

We are located at the University of Birmingham within their High Performance Centre. We will provide additional details e.g. how to locate us on campus/parking at the time of booking.

We can be busy at peak times. our online scheduler should show you what appointments are available.

We ask for direct payment at the time of your booking. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for the physio assessment, which we can facilitate a separate invoice for if needed, but we would ask you to liaise with your insurance company regarding the administrative side.

We ask that you make payment at the time of booking.

We ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, otherwise you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to terms and conditions at the time of booking.
